FAQ
One completed session: document, selfie, liveness and face match. A completed check counts even when the result is a rejection. An abandoned session does not count, and a new session for the same person counts again.

Yes. Enterprise customers apply the credit to the verification fees of the pilot. AML is priced in your agreement, and custom setup work for enterprise pilots is priced in your agreement. Unused credit stays valid until the end of the 12 months.
In months 13 to 24 you pay an introductory price of {{PRICE_YEAR2}} per verification. From month 25 the standard price of {{PRICE_PAYG}} applies. We write to you 60 and 30 days before each change, so there are no surprise bills.
Use up to {{MONTHLY_CEILING}} verifications a month; we raise it on request. Beyond the 12,000, additional verifications run at {{PRICE_YEAR2}} each, only with your consent and a card on file. Without consent, new sessions pause with a clear message.
Nothing is deleted on the last day. You can export your history for at least {{EXPORT_DAYS}} days, and you choose whether to continue on a paid plan.

A commercial closure of the program never shortens an activated credit: you keep your full 12 months. A credit can end early only for abuse or breach, a legal or sanctions prohibition, or a regulator order. A slot with no live verification for 60 days returns to the pool after 14 days' notice. Both rules are set out in the program terms.
